The workshop project day 5>>>>>

So today it was time to get the last work before the concrete truck will come.

And a chicken wire reinforcement.

Then I have to made a tool of a plastic tube and some wood.

So the concrete truck is here.

And the "home made" tool will do the work.

So now it have to burn.

So back inside and made some work at the roof. You see I don´t let the guy rest.
If there are no sweat they have to work harder. LOL

And up at the sky with the plasterboard.

This will be a nice place to work inside when it´s finish.

Update will follow.

Jocke

Seriously, Lisa, you're interested in concrete reinforcement? I don't know if that's cool or just nerdy. Here in the US you can buy concrete that has fine plastic fibers that reduce/eliminate the need for wire reinforcement.

That's what our garage floor/driveway contractors told us, and they used the kind with the fiber. However, it has cracked up in two areas. One section cracked pretty badly the day after they poured it. I think the metal rebar would have held up better. They have promised to replace the really bad section when we have them come back to pour the rest of the driveway.

That was the problem I´ve got with the one I replace. There was fiber in and there was a rebar
but it crack anyway. Now I got another type of concrete that not will crack.

I hope.

Jim I´m not familliar with all those numbers but it here is the spec:

Vibration free C32/40 VCT 0,45 and freeze secure for cold climat.

It should be tha same quality as the swedish government use at bridges and under the the highway.

I love looking at your projects. You've got a great building.

Most guy's would kill to have a place like that to hang around in and do projects.

There has to be a place for us to hide from our wives.
