Rolex explorer 2 216570 lume
Hey i have a question about my 42mm explorer 2 I bought through a grey dealer i took it to ad and he said everything looked good but i noticed that it has a greenish lume and most of them.i have seen online has had blue lume i thought they started the new lume before this.model came out in 2011 and my ad card they gave me said that it was bought in 2015 so i dont know what to think here is.it old stock is it because i used a flashlight to lume it up instead of natural light could someone help shed light.to this and here is a link to my youtube channel so you can see the video of this https://youtu.be/lNOIBhASu6Q

Depends on the light it was exposed to. Sunlight will make it glow differently than incandescent

My polar is definitely blue lume.
I purchased in 2014. Leave it out in sunlight for a minute and then go indoors. |

I think the light source is irrelevant, to be honest.
Chromalight "blue" loom isn't really blue. Many of the pictures you'll see on the web give a false impression. Its more of a greenish blue My avitar pic is about as blue as it really gets (and that was with a torch) Are you able to post a picture of yours? Edit - just watched the video. This pic is chomalight "blue" (believe it or not) - looks the same as yours

Thanks I was a bit confused.on why most of the lumes online look super blue and mine does it I have heard they stopped using superluminova in 2010 and the 42mm explorer 2 came out in 2011 so it was odd but i see what your saying .
