I would sell off everything you don't wear (or that wasn't given to you as a gift). Get rid of the sunk costs and move on to something you'll love.

I'm with Rookie on this one. I'm not a daytona fan, but the WG/blue dial combo is just stellar!

Also, the older I get, trying to be a one (up to 3...) watch guy. Still trying...

I would in a second. Perhaps I'd keep the Speedy or Tudor for an everyday "beater" when I didn't want the AP or 116509 or in a scenario where I would overly worry about scratches.

Seems like there's a high potential for regret. I've never flipped more than 2 at once. But if you can't get the Daytona out of your head and the watches aren't being worn regularly...it's the right move.
