What can I say, sometimes you come across gents, in the true sense of the word. Ed purchased a watch from us right before Xmas, and because of that FedEx (as well as the accompanying insurer) were in full-on panic mode. I couldn't get the exception we needed, FedEx didn't deliver on time.. Needless to say, Ed had every right to lose his cool. Which he didn't. He was understanding throughout the whole process, communicative, and helpful. Much appreciated, pal, look forward to dealing with you again!
