I know I should not say this but I have never have some kind of trouble with any flight. The only thing that happen was a delay one time.

Maybe I was lucky, I don't know.

What is best a custom Rolex or a Rolex that is stuck in custom?

Buy a professional camera and you´re a professional
photographer, buy a flute and you own a flute.

You haven't lived until you've had a bag go missing, which somehow 95% of the time happens on the outbound and not on the return home.

I use Trivago. The site compares hotel rates from over 150 other sites and puts the cheapest rate online. Works great.

100% for me. Lost luggage three times, all outbound. And First/Business doesn't seem to get it back any faster.

Outbound to shanghai from NYC for ipo kickoff meeting for me. Had to do the board meeting in my travel clothes, which were very comfortable but not exactly appropriate either. Always keep toiletries in my carry on now.

I've had several checked bags miss my flight and was able to get them the next morning. I consider myself lucky except for a trip to Hawaii a few years ago where my bag ended up in Hong Kong. I received it the night before I returned to NYC so I had to buy everything I needed. Delta reimbursed me for everything I bought on that trip. From toothpaste to sunglasses to clothes. $800 worth of stuff over a long weekend.
