Is this the ring that is required?

It's the only one I could find for sale on Ebay. If not, anyone know where I can buy the necessary parts?

I'd like to convert my Explorer II to a rotating bezel, as I miss the functionality of my previous GMT II. If I have to sell the Exporer to buy another GMT, it looks like I'll have to pay $1500-2000 difference. I'd rather change the bezel if it can be done without permanently altering the watch in any way.
