Take my rolex a service and no give to me warranty card, only a catalog with the stamp and the date indicating that it has the warranty for tow years. But.. do not have to give me a warranty card?

Hi,
Are you saying you had your Rolex serviced at RSC? If I'm not mistaken, you get no warranty card, but paperwork showing what service was performed and a two year warranty. Hope that helps.

I see form the receipt the full service price is about 400 pounds, or about $500 USD.

Is this about the normal service price around the world? I was thinking it was more than $500 in the US.

US RSC is expensive. Hong Kong is about the cheapest, but just a paper in a card folder, no plastic card (but still with 2 year interntational warranty). That Sub service would cost just under us$300 here.

I received the same green and white two-year warranty card with my Rolex when it returned from service at RSC last month.

I've had two of my Rolex serviced by RSC and received the little credit card style warranty card as well as paperwork stating what all was done....based off what Adam stated it's probably just different at different locations...

Did you accept all options of the budget? Some times is necessary accept all options to have a green card... if not, they only give you the paper...
