I apologise if you are sick of this,but... 214270 - fake or gen according to serial?

Hi guys, I am more an Omega guys, so nothing as knowledge based on Rolex.

Anyway, I saw an add for 214270 Explorer with lumed 3,6,9 markers.
Serial number is 8W329480 , yes, it starts with number,not with letter.

The seller said he cannot remove the bracelet , it`s 300 miles away from me,he doesn`t want to go any AD to check teh watch. Some certain signals something is not right.

Anyway, still hoping in miracle to happen.It has just box and the seal,but not papers or whatsoever. The serial is engraved on the rehaut around 6 o`clock,but according to my research - no number starts with a digit, and then a letter, or I am wrong maybe?

The price is too good to be true - 2K. Maybe just another fake,hmm?
Any suggestions? Much appreciated, though.
