A Rolex Story
I have written a short story based around a Rolex watch. I have no idea what to do with it at the moment.
Anybody have any suggestions (or connections) as to how I can get it into print like in a magazine or something? It's 3800 words long pure fiction of course! Steve |

Bounce the idea off a few watch magazine editors to see if they have interest. |

If it's pure fiction, try the Rolex marketing department. They will add it to their sales literature along with the claim that "Its takes a year to make a Rolex."

My AD went to the shows this year and was taken on a tour of the Rolex HQ. He said that the movie I Robot had nothing on that place, it was just amazing IHHO.

Anyone else read this and was postive Frans said it like this... It DOESH them take a full year! Zey include delving the ore to make sha shteel, transhporting it to the kiln, shmelting it and mixshing it with other metalsh. After that, produshing the billetsh and preparing dee-sh for transhport. Etc., etc., etc. The lasht 2 hoursh of that full year are meant to finally asshemble ze watch! Sorry but anytime I hear a Dutchie say smelting... I cant help but have Goldmember flashbacks. |

The hint of coffee really enhances the combination of the milk/sugar taste. |
