eBay Seller - capital578( 1151Feedback) has quite many of such aftermarket bracelets being sold in eBay...n some of the Rolex watches that are being listed by the same Seller do contain these aftermarket bracelet...also.

At times Seller would disclose it...n at times the Seller hasn't disclosed it...

....these bands, listed SINGLY, by THEMSELVES, are okay. It is like selling a pair of shoes...NON-brand. These in no way misrepresent a genuine Rolex band and not being sold as such, as they do NOT have any Rolex markings.

...now, the watches that this seller is listing with AM dials and/or bands, may represent a different issue.

...what say you TERRY...SPRINGER???

Nothing wrong here, no trademark infringement, no deception, just plain old replacement bands for a Rolex - as the seller states in the auction.
