Authorized dealer damaged my rolex

Hi there,
Looking for advice please. See pictures below. Bought a datejust 5 months ago and took it back to the jewelry store to move a link. The person that worked on it deformed the screws, scratched the links and left a screw partially out. The store manager wants me to bring it in and said they can probably buff the scratches but that will not be acceptable in my opinion.
What do you think? Thank you.
