Blue ROC in person seems quite dark
So got a chance to see the New Blue Dial ROC with silver sub dials...... am i the only one in the whole wide interweb that thinks the colour is a little dark/flat and almost navy in real life. I meant there are some amazing pictures out there of the dial but i didn't really see that translate in real life, maybe it was the lighting in the store but being a jewelry store the lights were plenty bright. Don't get me wrong its a beautiful watch but i just didn't see the pop in the dial color that i was expecting from all the pictures i've seen.

I haven't seen it, but Neil said its dark as well. At least at an AD in their lighting. The real life pics on here though don't give me that impression so i don't know what to think.

Yes, it really depends on lighting.

Didn't you see my RG version Tyler? Yes its quite dark but its very blue. It will depend upon lighting, as in duller conditions it will appear dark, just like the blue on the Rolex Deep Blue. In bright sun its a beautiful colour.

Depending on surrounding light. Under outdoor natural light, it looks light blue to me.

I thought the same was true when I saw the 15202 Jumbo at the AD. It looked quite dark, almost black at times, so I am sure it will depend on the lighting. I will know soon enough for myself as I pick the 26331 ROC up tomorrow from the AD. I will be sure to post pics.

i think its just the sub dial differences and the RG case that make it look different

I'm looking a mine now (happen to be wearing it today) in very dull London lighting and its still clearly blue, not black. No hint of black at all...

I did find it quite dark in the ADs, the Panda and reverse Panda grabbed me more I have to say, even over the RG Blue version and I'm a big PM fan. I think navy is probably the colour it is most of the time, but that was true of the older ROs as well, while the Nautilus tends to be more steel blue, neither is as vibrant as the Rolexes.

I stand corrected this watch in natural light is everything it's cracked out to be, incredible dial that will mesmerize. Best version of the watch, initially the white panda gets your attention just due to the contrast but in the long run I don't think will compare and be as versatile. NEED it
