Rolex 4127

Hi guys, I'm thinking about bidding on this watch and just wanted to ask a question. Aside from the obvious question of everything checking out, is it just me or does the "Oyster" under Rolex look crooked/uneven?

Thanks for the help in advance!!

From googling images of other ones I would have to say the entire dial is off and the hands.

Vintage dial refinish. Hands don’t seem correct. Missing a screw on the movement retaining ring. Hopefully it’s not rattling around in there.
