Icon20 Rolex Submariner movement 3135 service

Hello,
I was hoping I could get some clarity on the below. I have recently had my Rolex Sub 16610LV serviced. It is now on average -2seconds per day, which is fine as per COSC. But my question is about the amplitude, as I have heard this shows the real Health of a movement. I have read on full wind, this should be between 270 to 300 degrees. After a recent service, mine on average is 313 degrees of amplitude on full wind.

Is this amplitude (313 degrees) better than an amplitude of say 290 degrees or is too high? What would one expect as the benchmark for a freshly serviced Roles Sub movement 3135 to highlight optimum movement ?

Many thanks in advance for the information and help,
Tom

It's definitely on the high side but not worryingly high. I've seen serviced 31×× calibers vary from 260 to 315. I wouldn't worry about it.

Fresh oil, probably new mainspring but kept existing hairspring... wouldn't worry about that amplitude.
