That's a really cool video. Regardless if you like your watch polished or with character it's amazing to see how they get the watch polished like that. I wondered how they did the various parts.

The good news for those with brushed bracelets/clasps etc. is that the longer the scratch is on your watch, the more it will actually fade away and be naturally "re-brushed" so to speak. Anything deeper you can have RSC repair around the 7 yr mark during service.
