The dials I like are

I like the Rhodium with a smooth bezel and oyster bracelet. I like the stealthier look of this one.
However the pictures that people have posted of the jubilee bracelet and flutted look nice.
I like the white dial too because of it’s legibility. I prefer this dial with a flutted bezel and jubilee bracelet.

Absolutely. The craze for blue will die off eventually.

Blue dial, smooth bezel and oyster bracelet. Stunning!
The fluted gold bezel and jubilee bracelet is just a bit to girlie for me.
Reminds me too much of my better half’s DJ!
But each to his own!

I voted blue with the fluted bezel and on the jubilee bracelet. That's high on my list for 2018.

I’ve got the blue and the Rhodium dials and have always Regretted not getting the silver .
The blue looks nice on all the Rolex websites photos but only really looks good on a real sunny day , which when you live in England and work in Siberia like me is very rare.
Go have a look at the silver in the showroom before you buy

Holding the minority view as usual, I went with the MOP diamond dial, jubilee and fluted bezel. I think it's quite stunning.

I think it depends on a number of factors. If it’s going to be your only piece (doubtful if you are posting here, but...) I’d go with black on jubilee and fluted bezel. If it’s in rotation with other pieces, then blue really sings to me on jubilee bracelet with smooth bezel. The fluted bezel looks great with an oyster bracelet, but I’m not a big fan of polished Center links. They look great when clean but they are swirl and fingerprint magnets. If you are OCD polished Center links may not be for you. If price is a concern, the fluted bezel adds heavily to the cost. It’s a tough choice!

Some sound advice and the format that I am considering, thanks

For me, it's between the blue and the rhodium. If fluted, I think the blue looks a little better, and with smooth I like rhodium.

Depends on what is in your collection, or if you have a collection. If you have no other higher end watches, I'd get a white dial as it is very clean and classic. If you have any other watch and you do not have a blue dial, I think this watch looks fantastic in blue. I would probably not get blue however if it was my one and only piece.

I bought the Datejust 41 in rhodium with a fluted bezel on a Jubilee bracelet. I had other white dial watches. I had just purchased an IWC with a blue dial. The rhodium was different. Rhodium is however also neutral enough that it would make a nice alternative to white if you are considering this reference as a one and only piece.

My Rolex collection currently stands at a SubC and an Explorer 1

Then you really have your choice of dial. I'd go with white because it's a very classic look, but you really can't go wrong with blue or rhodium. I'd also get a fluted bezel, since you already have a smooth bezel and very versatile piece in the Explorer. In that same line of thought, get the Jubilee bracelet since you have two Oyster bracelet models.

if i had 10 sec to decide, i would go blue, oyster fluted. as choice 1.
choice 2 , same in rhodium.
i found the white dial looked to small for my liking..plus i am not a white watch kind of guy..looks good in the summer with a white shirt, but that s about it for me.

Rhodium, Jubilee, Smooth bezel. The jubilee and fluted together are too much bling. For me at least.
