I work for a Toyota dealership so I would say either a 4Runner or Land Cruiser. I may be a bit biased but with good reason. Both cars are going to be worth over the residual value so you get a nice equity check at the end. A few things I will recommend reguardless of the car you choose:

Multiple security deposit : cash up front in terms of security deposit will decrease your money factor aka rent charge aka interest rates

If you choose a model that will have equity:
Buy the most miles you can..it will lower the residual value thus giving you a bigger check at the end.

6,000 lbs. is correct. That number played a role for Land Rover (lease and sales success here in the US for decades) when they truly were the most unreliable vehicles on the road and any other car maker would have simply pulled out or simply gone out of business. That's obviously not the case today, Land Rovers are very reliable. My mum's were so insanely heavy they were classified as 'trucks' from by DMV.

Mercedes GLS 550
Chevy Tahoe
Yukon Denali

So far. So we shall see. I'm not in a rush, so I'm going to try and enjoy the process

Sorry to bump an old thread with a semi irrelevant post, but I know how much you love car buying and wanted to let you know/join in.
Just bought this today. I have auction access through work and called my Chevy dealer to buy it for me. Paperwork is in the mail since I’m in Florida at the moment, but will pick up next week. Pretty excited for it. I’ve been leasing for the past five years so will be nice not to have a monthly payment.

The perfect choice for your newly expanded family!
Strollers and Pack n Plays and Diaperbags all take up lots of room.
Tahoe for #1 baby then moved to Suburban for #2 & 3 babies

Dude. I love this thing.

I’m a huge fan. Go anywhere and do anything in that beast.

And do it looking good too.

Big congrats man. Can’t wait to see pics when you get it.

Thanks, buddy.
I’ve gotta tint the front windows and probably ceramic coat it and I’ll be good to go.
Wonder where Texex is, he’d like the black on black.
Will post some pics next week

I thought we were done at TWO too
Then at the first ultrasound( for our second go) the doctor said " you've got a healthy baby right here. And a healthy baby right over here"
Twins, what an experience

Pretty much what I was thinking while typing my response, “well, what happens when we think the second is a plus two”
God bless you and your wife! Mine often looks at me and says, “I don’t know how moms do it with twins”

Thank you for your kind thoughts, Clark.
It's been a wonderful adventure for the last 11 years and I wouldn't change a thing

You'd be surprised how quickly you adapt

First baby gets dedicated bath time
Second baby goes into the shower with you
Third baby gets a bar of soap and a rainstorm
