7928 Submariner Case Real Or Fake

Hello, I just bought this item on eBay and before I pay I was wondering if someone here can help me out I’ve asked the seller for more pictures they should be comming in a day or two is this case assembly real or fake, I’m new to these watches and I need help on this one.

Ok, any other opinions I’m going to be paying soon. Does the dial look real, why is there a dot of lume near the Tudor name?

Gotta ask, especially with that splotch of, what looks like, lume on that dubious dial, why did you buy it?

The VI.66 dial should be T Swiss T and since this dial doesn't belong to the case you should be able to back out of the deal. It's too much money for what will end up being a frankenwatch. You'll still need the proper crown, 390 movement, and hands.

also 400XXX serials belong to c. 1963 tudor so caseback is not correct either.

You can tell its a 1963 because its PCG which is arguably more desirable than the later models.
