Rolex Submariner 16610 from 2005 question

Hello everybody,

I recently bought a used 16610 witt Papers andere even a full revision at a Rolex retailer.
The only thing is the printing on the Deal, which is kind of shiny/glossy wenn you move it in the light. Is this normal? Because the 116610 LV of a friend has a completely mat printing.
Also the letters on my watch doesn't seem to be flatly printed on the Deal but more likely a little bit "elevated" like with 1mm thickness.
I hope you understand what I mean and have a look on your 16610. I attached some pictures.

Thanks!
