This Rolex box is kind of awesome!
I don’t recall ever seeing another box like this. It came with the Sky D I bought from ArizonaPaul for my Dad.

It still might be below “luxury” standards (compared to PP, AP, even panerai and omega) but compared to the dozens of Rolex boxes that have pass d through my hands, I’m very impressed with it.

Anyone else get one of these?

It was the correct box for original SkyDwellers when they were first released. I received 2 of them one with my RG SkyD and one with my YG SkyD.

Ahhhh I just looked at dial on my iPhone right now and correct that is strange unless they brought that box back. I looked at watch second and assumed it was original white gold model.

Could have been a mixup at the AD. Boxes are kept separate from the watches and someone could have grabbed the kit meant for a PM Sky-Dweller. Easy mistake to make.

If Rolex drops this box and goes back to the cream interior, that will be disappointing. The green trimmed boxes are (or were) a nice change.

Discontinued because it's way easier making a bunch of similar boxes with the same interior except in different sizes. This one would require changes in the manufacturing process of these things and that warrants spending extra money for little value which is why Rolex dumped it.
