Baby Tuna vs. Turtle?

Hello,

I am contemplating expanding my Seiko collection,

I currently own three watches (my entire collection):

-Rolex Hulk
-Gshock Gsteel leather(rubber strap)
-Seiko 5 Indian Numberals (uber rare model)

I have a 6.5" wrist which is kinda small, but I really like the look of the Baby Tuna, which I cannot find in real life anywhere thus I am resorting to purchasing it off Ebay.

I tried the Turtle, which looks great on my wrist and I really like it, but not as much as the Baby Tuna.

Is the Baby Tuna worth the extra hassle/money/risk? Is the movement that much better?

Cheers!

I have the smaller cushion case SRPC and I love it. I have a 7 1/4 wrist and the normal SRP's (cushion case) wore to big for me.

My Baby Tuna, although I don't think there's anything baby about it. Seiko Prospex SRP653 50th Anniversary. Hefty watch. I would suggest you try it on before making the purchase, if at all possible. Did I mention it's hefty?

Hello

I just recieved my Baby Tuna,

This watch is even more beautiful on my wrist than in pics,

Although it is a 47mm case, it wears no bigger than my Hulk due to the short lugs on the case.

It is a hefty watch, although nothing unbearable after i sized it to my wrist. Way lighter than say an Omega PO.

This watch is truely a $1500~ value watch which I got for $450 including shipping.

Although it is running quite fast, @ + 24 secs. a day, will it calm down after a break in?

Cheers!

The Baby Tuna does it for me but what really matters is how you feel when you wear both watches.

Mine ran a bit erratically out of the box but settled down after a few weeks. Congrats and post some pictures of your new watch.
