Some help about OP34 black dial.
Hello!
first of all, thanks for all the info on this forum. I'm currently really tempted by a 114200 34mm black dial, as a first rolex (I already have a vintage tudor 7965), as a first new watch since 10 years (I mostly wear vintage), for a special occasion. I saw the black dial on the rolex website, but not in my town's AD windows. I also found very little info on the web, excepting a Hodinkee review. I understand the dial is neither really matte nor shiny, and it is slightly brushed? Can someone post real world pictures of them? How do they appear, black, dark gray? I want to avoid the very shiny look modern watches often have. Also, I'd like to add an easylink on mine (my wrist can quickly expand a little, due to a medication I take). The local ADs not being especially cooperative, is there a way to purchase one? Thank you! |
