Hardly ugly. The hulk is a stunning watch. Really it’s more a matter of preference. Good luck with the decision OP.

I love my blnr...but, I'd choose the LVc hands down. Best dial Rolex makes imho. And it pairs surprisingly well with however you dress.

The LVc is a great choice but they both are. I had to have both.

I prefer the BLNR

The GMT complication is useful and I do not like that shade of green on the Submariner

I own both but I would pick the LVC if I had to choose one only. That being said, if money is not an issue, add the 116610LV to the BLNR.

LVC for me. It's definitely a unique/special rolex.

I own the LVc and recently sold the BLNR, and hands down I would go with the Sub LVc! I love that watch. (BLNR is great too but I prefer the Sub.)

Keep your BLNR. I think you’ll be better off as an only watch.

Did you wait 8 years to make that first post?

I preferred my LVC to my BLNR but after adding on a RubberB strap to the GMTII, the race got a lot tighter. Moral of the story.... get both so you don't have to decide

They are both fantastic watches and I bet you would be happy with either. For me, I prefer the Hulk because I am more of a Sub guy than a GMT guy. Mostly, I just like the cleaner aesthetics (simpler bezel insert, only three hands opposed to four) of the Sub over the GMT.

It’s totally fine to like both watches but I think most people have a preference between the two complications. You just have to figure out if you are a Sub guy or a GMT guy, and then be that person.

Both beautiful watches but I think the BLNR is mkre versatile. If it'll be your only I'd keep the BLNR but if you could add then hell yeah add he Hulk !

Nice first post. My question is, do you own one or have you seen one in real life?

Better save and add then flip. I also like both, they are splendid choices, as you mentioned both have their own beauty. Good luck making your decision.

They really are two very different watches. I have always been a submariner guy. I recently tried the new CHNR, but the GMT is not for me. I don't travel and have no valid reason to have a second time zone, so away it went. I am so use to the sub bezel I couldn't deal with the 24 hour one, no matter how cool the watch looked. I will say, the Hulk is a great sub. So it really comes down to what will you use it for and what style do you like better.
