Original or service dial/hands???
Can someone tell me if this is original or service dial and hands? Its a 16800 from 1985.

Hands are service replacements. The dial seems ok but I would like to see a better pic :)

Serial 91522**, then i believe it is a 1986/87? The seller wrote in the add that it was a 1985 that was sold in 1988.

I'm certainly no expert, and Rolex was known to use whatever parts were left over, etc. but I've looked at a lot of these 16800's and I don't recall seeing a matte dial after 1984...
Hopefully someone who knows more than I do will chime in. |

Why would someone go through the trouble of sourcing a more expensive and harder to find Matte Dial for a Glossy WG Surround Sub? Just doesn’t make sense to me
