I've always believed a wedding ring is an "exception" for matching metals.

Yes i have the same dilemma,i wear a gold signet ring and a 36mm SS datejust white face,
It looks wrong together ! Thinking of getting two tone date just 41 now, so both ring and watch compliment . |

I wear my BLNR with a rose gold wedding ring. My ring is about the thickness of a large paper clip though, so not too much gold.
