Rotating bezels on Subs and GMT's

I am considering buying a Sub or GMT and wonder if there is anything I should pay particular attention to concerning the rotating bezel. Are there any issues concerning proper lining up with the markers on the dials of these watches?

Generally there’s no concern with proper alignment but check which ever piece you are considering carefully. I’ve seen 2 SD4K’s I thought didn’t align correctly and one YM. But they weren’t off by much, and maybe I’m overly anal about it. My guess is the more clicks on the bezel the more opportunity for it being off slightly. Divers click when rotating a lot more, two clicks between minute markers, than GMT’s, each hour. So my suggestion is a GMT has a lower chance of being off.
