Just received a call from my local AD that my Pepsi had arrived, what a way to end the summer. Now thinking about my next acquisition , my current Rolex collection consists of the following:

Blue Stainless Skydweller
Stainless Daytona with Black Face
Stainless Daytona with White Face
Hulk
Batman
Black Submariner with Date
50th Anniversary SeaDweller
Cameron SeaDweller

Partial to stainless...
Anything that someone could suggest that would round out the collection?

Personally, I think you're quite a sad case and there are numerous people on here that also fall into this category.

You've just gained what many would call a dream watch, and rather than be happy. Rather than indulge yourself in the watch. Your first question is, "What's next?"

Why not enjoy what you have? Why not wait until you see something that pops your eye? Why not wait for the emotion to be conjured? Do you really need the approval of your "peers"?

To me it appears that you have lost your enjoyment of your hobby and it has now just become a relentless pursuit of top trumps/completing my pokemon set/full set.


It's actually sad. I feel bad for you. Oh well, enjoy your meaningless pursuit that will bring you little to no joy.

Perhaps that is how it appears. But I can assure you, that my dreams and desires are not based in materiality. They are based in the intangible, perhaps even ethereal.

I don’t know what OP’s situation is. I know nothing about his finances, his lifestyle or his wants and needs.. maybe you do know all of this information so you are in a better position to pass comment on what is right and wrong for him. But, I would argue that if you don’t know OP or his situation then you are in no position to judge.
Would I buy all of those pieces? No I wouldn’t, I have a quite large wrist so the majority would be Useless to me.
If OP can easily afford this collection and be and his loved ones are happy, safe and secure I see no problem with it. Each to their own

Time to look outside of Rolex, as you have a strong collection. I would be looking at the IWC Portuguese, the JLC deepsea, IWC Mark XII, Hesilite Speedy pro, or a Grand Seiko.
