Can I clean my Rolex with an ultra sonic cleaner

I have purchased a small ultra sonic cleaner and ask if it’s ok to use it with some soap and clean up my TT Rolex as I have read it’s comes up really shiny and clean after a few minutes use?

Wouldn’t recommend immersing the whole watch. Best to remove the head of the watch and only submerge the bracelet.

Only the bracelet, as Sarosh says - I read that an ultrasonic cleaner can force cleaning fluid past the watch seals and into the movement!

It doesnt work as well as you're claiming. It's not some magic cleaner.

Bracelet only - do not put the head in it.

Only the bracelet. It's the only way to really clean it properly

As with anything, depends on the quality.

I have one of those cleaner that I use for jewelry. Never on my watches though, although I have seen jewelers use it to clean the bracelet. One local jeweler even has a kind of a setup where there is a type of a stand inside that only allows the bracelet to be immersed in the solution, while the head is staying out, so the customers visiting him can just put their own watch in there for a bracelet cleaning.

I have bought and used WristClean on my watches with a soft toothbrush and don't see a need really to put them (bracelet) in any ultrasonic cleaner.

Amazing product. Yesterday, I cleaned it with wrist clean bottle first and then to see if ultrasonic can maker it cleaner. And surely it did. I can see black dirt rising up from the bracelet.

If you want 100% clean then get the ultrasonic. I used an ultrasonic solution instead of soap.

$150 for an ultrasonic cleaner should not make a dent in our wallet when we wear a 10K watch.

Oh, I clean my shaver, hair clipper, etc, with it too. It's nice to be able to clean small area where you can't get to.
