That’s a hilarious video. Wouldn’t want to be him in an accident though he’s dead as a door nail. Even a hard braking scenario he’s f#%^*ed.

I can’t take credit for this....G8RDPM is responsible for this delicious plate!

He used a pellet grill to start, then finished with a reverse sear on his Weber gas grill. It was fabulous.

I just had to go back for one more look...amazing job and it sounds like there is some amount of prep and effort to get to the 'amazing' level. Maybe someday for me. Thanks.
