16014 Frankenjust - which movement & pieces?

Hi there. I just bought a 16014 empty case & dial on eBay (Florentine silver dial, engine turned bezel) and am thinking of using an ETA movement for it.

I’ve read that the 2824-2 is the the best ETA for this case but it requires modification. A few questions:

1. Could someone let me know what exactly I would need to buy / do in addition to the actual movement?

2. Other than buying a crown, hands a crystal for it (I assume these are standard across all 16014’s) is there anything I need to get?

3. Is this something a complete noob should be undertaking or should I get a watch repair shop to put it all together?

Thanks in advance!

That wouldn’t be a franken. It would be a fake by hiding a non-Rolex movement in a Rolex case.
