Anybody have confirmation on lug width? I'd want it to be 20mm but worried it might be something oddball (my tudor bb s&g is a 21mm)

Are you sure about the lug width of your bb s&g? I thought all black bays except the new 58 have 22mm lug width

42mm is a tag too big for a dress watch. JLC Master control is a better choice.

Perfect size !

One wouldn’t look like a rest home escapee wearing it !

I don't usually care for dress watches but this one looks great!

And 'big' is the new normal, get used to it. 40-42mm is really mid-size when it comes to mens watches. (Take a look outside Rolex...) 36mm is a ladies size today - so shoot me for saying that, but it's true.

That certainly would have been better than 42mm.

It's a great-looking watch, though--just a little too big for my taste.

That's your opinion, but your dead wrong.

There are still quite a few men's watches available in the 34-36mm range.

I own quite a few, though some are vintage.

I'm seeing 38mm sports watches popping up here and there.

Big watches aren't going away, but there are signs that smaller watches are trending.
