So Rolex called me and confirmed the issue. It appears the watch is about 4 seconds too slow to rotate a full minute. Whatever they've tried has not fixed the issue, so they are going to replace the wheel and run some more checks. They tried to tell me that it might just be a "quirk," of the watch. I said I understand if this was an older watch but not on a brand new one (unless I'm wrong). Hopefully they can fix it.

After I read 2threads about this I started looking at my ExpII and my GMT. Both do the same thing if I set the time with the min hand moving in a clockwise direction. When I set the time with the min hand moving in a counter clockwise direction it’s dead on every rotation. If that makes sense.
