Exactly, for almost $30K watch not to include a polishing cloth and this tool is a travesty

That’s fast. I was quoted 3 months wait. It needs to be ordered from Geneva. I guess waiting time varies on locations? Hopefully I can get it sooner than 3 months.
And still, AP needs to improve their customer service. As you said, to my understanding writing an email to HQ is a real harassment for boutiques and unfortunately that’s the solution for now.
I am disappointed with boutiques but feel overwhelmed with AP HQ. That’s real efficiency, appearently our request both got handled within 24 hours.

On these Jumbos, can you run the time till midnight to change the date, then back it up 1-2 hours, then go back to midnight to change the date again? Then repeat as necessary? I seen to remember seeing that somewhere.

Or do you have to run it 24 hours ahead to change the date every time?

OK collected my tool today, and played a bit with the date setting, it is SOOOOO much easier than doing it by hand - quite practical indeed. The SG boutique got it for me free of charge too! Pretty pleased.
