I agree. The blue dial DJ is one of my favorites.

And I agree the IWC is about 4mm too big. I spoke to their regional rep by chance in an AD 2 yrs ago and pleaded for a 41mm. We'll see....

Nice acquisition.

Great watch, but Rolex is laughing all the way to the bank now with us being grateful to find Datejusts now.......Their marketing/production scheme is working magnificently.

birth place of IWC and Moser H Cie (Went for the IWC museum)

Was given a tour by Nicholas (Sales Director of Moser) and his staff inside the Moser H Cie and Precision Engineering Manufacture. A great opportunity to see how they manufacture their own hair spring and balance wheel. Insane amount of work to make a single hair spring. Met a few master watchmakers and have them explain to me what they do and how they do it. They even have a asian lady master watchmaker that deal with fitting of the hair spring to the balance wheel.
Overall great experience and Nicholas even show me the new SIHH 2019 Blue Lagoon Venturer.
Was too engrossed in listening to them talk then i forget to take pictures (not sure if i am allowed to also)
not sure if they do take visitors on time to time basis but the CEO Edouard is kind enough to get Nicholas to host me.
