Not a sales movie per se, but Annette Benning's real estate agent character was a big part of "American Beauty." I'm not a fan of the movie but I liked the way her character (not a very sympathetic person) tried really hard to fix up a dreadful house that she had to sell.

Tin Men and USed Cars......I have used Kurt's lines in some of my sales pitches at IBM
I remember walking around Mesa watching them film the movie.
I could not figureout why they would shoot a movie like that in Mormon county.
