Collection Advice needed please?
My current collection is as under:
1. 44mm Summer edition 2. 44mm offshore old rose gold white sub dials on Grand Prix strap 3. 44mm offshore ceramic new black dial Inconsideration: 1. 44 Summer edition - stays 2. Royal Oak rg double balance wheel 15407OR Trade the two offshores rg panda dial and black ceramic for the Royal Oak skeleton 15407OR. Please let me know which will be a better collection in Your experience and personal knowledge. All recommendations and suggestions are welcome. Thank you Regards Urooj |

I'll trade the summer edition 44mm for the 15407ST instead ( maybe need top up ). Prefer ceramic bezel on 44mm.

Hi Ben..I actually love the summer edition out of them most. But after trying so many brands and their sports variations I think offshore is what has my interest most as my collection clearly reflects same. But I thought a Royal Oak rose gold has to find its way in every collection and bracelet is just mesmerising and that skeleton dial is work of art and considering where prices are going I presume this must be bought at this point. So I was thinking letting go of two and adding the 15407or. Thank you for your advice really appreciate it

Love the RG 44 so I'd keep that and sell Summer too.

3 44mm ROOs is a little redundant so I would do it especially if you like RG. I would however look at adding a CE diver to have something other than RG and be a little more under the radar.

I’d be keeping the CE out of the 3 but yeah why not. Whatever it takes to get the OW and reduce redundancy.

I don't think your collection would be very versatile if you go ahead (it would be awesome though). If you have something else you can really use then why not.

Don’t trade the Summer Edition. It’s the best offshore. Plus look at what the RB2 and the LeBron and Schumi are now trading at, and remember the SE is more limited and, in my opinion, nicer.

I have a Summer Edition and old style RG44. No way would I ever sell the SE, I think its one of the most spectacular 44s in existance. I also really like my old style RG44 too. Of your three 44s the ceramic would be by far my least coveted, but then I'm not a fan of it anyway.
On balance I'd do what you are suggesting, part with the RG44 and Ceramic, although with reluctance for the RG44. The 15407 rose gold is a spectcular piece. A down side of this is that both the SE and 15407OR are very prominent watches when worn and prone to easy damage. |

This is a tough decision to make indeed! I love the 44 rg so much and admit that the SE is incredible looking however, I'd keep the 44rg as it has the ceramic bezel making it very usable and a worry free watch If it was me I'd probably keep the 44rg + 15407rg since if it's head2head the summer edition probably cant beat the 15407 and maybe i'll put the 44rg on a white strap once in a while

I absolutely love the 15407 so I would definitely go for that!
