Ap 25807st
Gentlemen I'm thinking of purchasing my first AP which is a 25807ST triple calendar in stainless steel.
I'm familiar with Rolex and maintenance and cost of ownership. However no clue as to what to expect from AP. Can you give comments on service cost and reliability of owning an AP ROO ? and thoughts on the 25807ST if any of you own one what your thoughts are on owning one. Thank you |

In terms of service, I believe is around 1500.- CHF to 2000.- CHF for complicated watches, such as a triple calendar or a chronograph.
Expect to do a service around once every 7-8 years. The 25807ST is a pretty cool offshore, its the only one that is 39mm and not many people knows about it. Its a cool watch, very undervalued at the moment due to its relative unknown status but it is a very rare model. |

Thanks for the info I've done quite a bit of research into AP ROO and this one stood out instantly for it's short period of production and size. I find the 42mm chrono too large and loud but the 25807ST is perfect in my opinion in size. Thank you for the info |

A full service on my 15300 was $1,340.
The watch is beautiful (blue dial) and I truly love it. It is not as robust as a Rolex, but I a sure you know that. Still...It is gorgeous. |

Ok not that bad at all.. Some vintage services I've done on my 5513 and 1675 run high so that't in the same range. |

Note that AP has a section on service costs on its website (although they don't seem to specifically mention the ROO):
https://www.audemarspiguet.com/en/se...rvices-prices/ I remember looking at this model a while back, and I think it was listed at 38mm rather than 39mm. |

As per the other 25807st post, I bought one yesterday.
If you can find one, buy it. |

Really ROO - difficult to find in good condition with the steel bracelet. Saw one on Rakuten but the rubber was damaged

On a bracelet. Serviced a year ago, so pretty tidy. Lovely tropical dial.
I think the bracelet is a must. The AP bracelet is iconic. Bought in the UK - was on Chrono24, but luckily the seller was in London not far from me, so did a face to face. Was sub £8k. Feels like a bit of a bargain. |
