Financial services company here. Our daily dress code is golf shirts or long sleeve dress shirts and jeans. We give each employee 3 company branded golf shirts and a gift cert for Untuckit for a few dress shirts. We also have partners give us a bunch of branded golf shirts so hand those out as well.

Also provide 3 meals a day, multiple happy hours per week, a gym with golf sim, sauna, yoga instructor and personal trainer. I find that people work harder and longer when you provide for all their daily needs and they can be comfortable while doing their job.

Wow, nice. That’s unlike any financial services company I’ve seen around here. You guys must be fairly small/a startup?

2nd start up but thankfully past that phase. Sold the last one to LPL Financial and did my time there. Suit and tie days make me appreciate this even more and helps recruit some great employees.

I bet!

The bank I work for is 100+ years old and based in the East Coast so the old timers running the show are pretty conservative. Since my office is in LA, I say we embrace the Southern California lifestyle, hence my transition to casual attire... so far so good.

S&P 500 FinTech company

When we were bought 6 years ago, we pushed the larger parent toward a more Tech, less Fin dress code. They have been assimilated. Casual dress code now.

C suite is jeans, button up, sport coat handy for client/partner meetings.

I do as do my staff.

When out on sites and in the other areas where we work it’s important that clients know who we represent.
