Two Lady DateJusts

So, I went to the family Thanksgiving dinner. About 40 people. I see that my wife's cousin's wife (the cousin is a physician) is wearing a Lady Datejust in solid rose gold with a President bracelet and diamond hour markers on a champagne dial.

Then, I see another cousin wearing the identical watch. She's not married and I heard it was a gift from Mom and Dad.

I didn't ask them if they consulted each other. It just couldn't be a coincidence, could it?

I had my GMT-IIc on, BTW.

In any case - are these really USD$22K watches? Anyone have good pics of this watch?

I gotta say that rose gold just looks incredible. The color and shine from them was amazing.

I think the AD's will in this economic climate be discounting the solid 18K models quite a bit. Anyway, yes the solid 18K models are expected to retail at well over $20K

Gorgeous, but the rose gold wasn't for me. I looked at one and it was just too girly.

Don't get me wrong, I like feminine, but much rather yellow or even better, white gold. And I like the diamond bezel with the diamond dial. :) I think the white gold or SS and white gold is more classy. But, I am biased.
