Rolex 2135 Difference between arbor and auto weight axel

Can someone please explain the difference between the oscillating weight arbor and auto weight axle? My watch repair man (retired jeweler) says that I need the oscillating weight arbor for my 2135 that holds the oscillating weight and is pinned down by the oscillating pin. I have been able to find both but am unsure if these two parts are the same. Also: do the parts for the model 2130 and 2135 interchange? Thank you for your help. S.
