It’s a real 116520 with an ‘aftermarket’ dial, caseback and bezel. It looks like somebody has taken an angle grinder to the crown guards also.

The print on that dial is horrific. "Daytona" looks like it was written with some crayons.

No crown guards and there's about a 6 inch gap between the lugs and bracelet.

But in true definition its counterfeit as it imposes on ROLEX logo.
That said
I only report sellers trying to hide/dupe people.
This seller openly admits dial and bezel aftermarket - not sure what tachy'metric' is. But its fine!
