I think if you prove to Rolex that a certain AD is selling over MSRP then that AD will get it’s license taken away (no more Rolex for them)

What's the big deal if ADs sell over MSRP. Who cares, really? We have no problem with them selling below MSRP. It's between them and the buyers...

It’s against policy. You want to be a Rolex AD, follow their rules or get shut down.

I have been offered hot Rolex for above msrp but below grey market pricing and pulled the trigger on a few occasions. Kind of bullshit but hey.

Rolex AD's turning into Greys

Remind me of folks lining up on Black Friday all night, and find out they ran out iPad for 250 and then started a riot because they didn’t get what they want hahaha. Some of you guys act the same with similar scenarios. You guys are savage, not even mature adult Hahaha.
