Which Cartier, clogz? Its not well seen on mine with the naked eyes! You may be referring to the Santos, or some of the larger Cartier watches.

I have to apologise, I checked the first post here and it was different Cartier. Anyway, same form of case, hard to say about size compared. Same kinda detail in "seven" in roman number.
