Rolex/Tudor Service in San Diego
RSC estimated about 1,500 usd to service my tudor 74000N which includes replacing the case and hands. With that price I had thoughts of just adding a little bit more and just buy a new watch since they are basically changing the whole watch in the service. They told me they won’t do it unless they do all of what they estimated.
Wanted to see if you you guys have any recommendation of a reputable watch service guy here in San Diego, CA? Thanks a lot |

I've had two Rolex watches serviced by D's Time Service in the Gaslamp. One was a Datejust Turnograph and the other an Oysterquartz. Tom Doan is a CW21 Certified Watchmaker. Good prices and very knowledgeable.

Sir, I apologize my post count doesn’t allow me to post photos yet. The case of the watch, on the surface is still pretty good however they told me on the inside both the case and caseback has pittings in it. I do not intend to use this watch in the water but RSC insists that to either do all of what they deemed necessary or not do it at all.
