It is what it is, but in pretty much any business the most important customers of that business are the most important to keep happy these watches sell themselves so it does no good to give it to a one off purchaser because he was first over an established customer who spends six figures a year there. its a capitalist system and customers are not all on the same level. it sucks sometimes but i totally understand why it is that way. Someone always spends more. I would run my business the same way
