Funny how Sky dweller has come up over and over. I think that is a seriously beautiful watch that is way out of my price range. But if I had loads of disposable income I would love to own that watch.

+1 The Skydweller in white gold looks amazing in person, especially with the off white dial. A lot of people looking down on the YM2. A good friend owns one and imo it's much less over the top than the Deepsea and many realize. A YM2 can also fit under most shirt sleeves, so it's not as much of the look at me as most people think. The 4161 is an awesome calibre too. My only criticism would be legibility of the dials.

Anything PM
YMII--has no application to my life 2016 Air King--unless it blows me away when I actually see it, which don't expect. 41mm DJs--Not my style Milguass--I like it, but I really don't need a watch with its attributes. Explorer--I'm too fond of my 114270 to need the 39mm model. ExplorerII--Too large. 6-digit divers--My 14060M is perfect for my needs, which don't include diving. These are all fine watches, but they are unlikely to find their way into my collection, which it seems might be as big as it will get.

Good point, i.e. Any gold Rolex for a reason that they're too heavy and not really wearable. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The Sky Dweller is my grail watch, surprised to see so many of us don't like it. Very nice engineering with the bezel command functions and really substantial on the wrist. Yet full with Rolex DNA with its fluted bezel and cyclops.
Opinions vary and that's a good thing, otherwise TRF would become a dull place to hang around. Anything without a date is a not practical for me, but I do like the clean looks of those watches. I like the GMT 1675 on jubilee very much, but with so many con artists in the vintage business I stay away from vintage all together

YM-2, sky-dweller, DD2, DJ41- my limit is 40mm- otherwise it looks way too big on my wrist.

I could be wrong; but I suspect a good number have not actually handled this or seem the Sky-D in the metal. Badass

Bling bling Rolex diamond watches, Celini, and there are many color/metal/bezel combinations on many models I would not go for...
But it's hard to say "Never". |

This is a bit of a negative thread. I'd rather say - I like all the Subs, GMTs, Deep sea blue, and one or two of the flash gold ones such as the impossibly expensive gold day date.

Just about every response here is of a watch that people on this forum own and adore so I think it's in bad taste and I'm surprised the moderators have allowed it to continue.
