Love this thread. I own a submariner LV and a white face Explorer II. I am thinking about adding a submariner dial (blue) to my white face EXP II but am afraid of what others may think. Would someone think that we are sporting a FAKE rolex because of the aftermarket modifications? This makes me think again before modifying my watch.

Bezels are a 5 minute swap by a qualified person. It is a direct replacement for a stock bezel.

This is truly amazing, but the ultimate would be putting a tri-color "Paul Newman" ref. 6263 dial and red subdial hands on an 116520.
By the way, I'm amazed to see that the subdial spacing on the 6263 dials is the same as on the 116520, enabling you to swap dials, given how much smaller the case is on a 6263. |
