Haha oops I'm having a bad day...(hangs head in shame) I was helpfully explaining how to work a Daytona (including date function - it has none!!)

The tantalum on that piece is what fuels my desire for it. I still remember back in the days the beautiful Tantalum and Rose Gold Royal Oaks. Still can't understand why they were discontinued.

Its rarity, hardness, lustrousity, resistance to corrosion and its very unique, blue-grayish color. It's just lovely and a material never used by any other watchmaker other than AP.

the first day of the season...I LOVE COLLEGE FOOTBALL!!! how better to commemorate the first day of season debauchery than to bring my new baby to campus and the Coliseum after swapping the leather out for rubber
