I was really looking at the GMT because I liked the 24 hour clock function, I hate trying to switch to 24 hour time on the fly, but I also use the bezel all the time so with the GMT I have to now convert the numbers again.

so the YM seemed like a nice option as I like the smaller sizes. these TT with the white dial are really nice imo. may pick one up

Hi all,
Not owner yet but I'm decided to wear a YM as a daily watch. I love diving watches but nowadays I cannot dive due to an internal ear problem. I would like to buy a 40mm model but my tiny wrist and way of life calls me for 35mm mid size. On another thread many members recommended me to go for 40mm but more I think about it more sure for 35mm.
As soon as I bought it I'll post some pics!

Porter, try both on your wrist and only than decide. Honestly the 40 mm wears smaller than a 40 Sub or GMT because of the shaped lugs.

Just to build on that very good advise, my wrist is 7" so not large by any stretch. I find the Yacht-Master case design to be the perfect size and fit.

Thanks for your comments.
I've tried the 40mm last year and its true is very comfortable to wear. The only problem is that all my 36mm models are really practical for a daily wear. I don't like to wear them because are all sentimental pieces so I reserve them for special days!
This YM will be the tank for my daily wear. I wear a 5513 built myself and I love it but sometimes I felt too big for some activities during my week. I use a rivet bracelet with the original clasp so sometimes I'm afraid to be open accidentally because is very "loosy".
Yessss...Many doubts! I like best the look of the 40mm but I think the 35mm would be the intelligent purchase.

What about the new 37 mm YM (dark rhodium)? Should be a perfect size...

If I'm not wrong the 37mm is a gold case. I only wear SS watches and I love the classic YM look.
At the beginning the platinum insert was a problem for me but I thought: is only the insert! so...why not? A full gold case is a different story.
Would be great a 37mm SS case!!

im thinking theres a 37mm steel on the horizon grey dial and green writing , from memory.,, could be wrong , i usually am.
