I got it for my 21st birthday from my mum & dad.

It's served me well for 9 years.

The Sub C was a 30th birthday present to myself.

You're right, the Seamaster looks & feels small in comparison.

awesome watches everyone

@ Joom_Rolex: Sir, that is indeed a very rare one you have there..please tell us more about it? as in, is it an aftermarket job you got customizing it or is it factory fitted with the diamond bezel and diamond hour markers? I had seen diamond bezel on PO but never on a Broad Arrow.

I wore my 41.5mm Aqua Terra today. It's been feeling neglected ever since I got the BLNR:

They are hard to find since it wasn't openly sold to the public.
It's the NASA issue Kevlar strap.

Otto Frei had some a while back for around 300 I believe, without a clasp.

I used a different source though and was able to get 2 of them plus OEM buckles but it wasn't easy. My AD told me that omega had 3 available when he contacted them about it.

Two years ago, I bought my gf her first Omega. Last week, I get her an AP...

I imagine both will get fair amount of wear, except now the Omega will significantly reduce the Seiko's wrist time.

The watch that started it all for me! Back from the spa last week. That was the first time I ever had it serviced since I bought it in 1998. Still brings a smile to my face.
